I am a graduate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations.
During my college years I worked as a volunteer at the Chevy Chase Community Center, tutoring children kindergarten through fifth-grade level. I worked as a camp counselor during the summer months, facilitating summer group activities and field trips.
I began working in childcare as a two-year old teacher, creating activities and implementing the curriculum in the classroom. I accepted a management position with the same childcare company after a year with the company. I was responsible for maintaining the classrooms and ensuring that they were implementing the correct curriculum activities. I also worked as a Director in Training where I had the opportunity to manage a center working directly with another center director.
I love being the Director of Allie Alligator Learning Center, and enjoy working with all of the families and children.
